we have been without a gas supply for the last 5 days and after 7 hours of phone calls and several e mails we just seem to be going round in circles. A SMART METER WAS INSTALLED IN 2011 and the problem seems to be that the gas unit needs replacing, we were promised an engineer for thurs night last week but nobody showed up, if you can help with this I would be extremely grateful.
