Bargaintown Carpets and Furniture
  On Sept 27 I went into Bargaintown and inquired about getting a floor for my sitting room . They gave me a choice between laminate and vinyl floor. I was interested in the vinyl and I told him that the flooring underneath was a little uneven, he told me that was fine and I went ahead and paid for the floor. On Sept 29 I went back in because after speaking to a few people about the floor they all told my that vinyl will not be suitable because my floor is uneven. Even the floor agent in Bargaintown agreed. Because of this I asked to cancel the order since I wont be able to get vinyl . Bargaintown refused to give me a refund and told me that they will need to look at the floor and make their own judgement. On Oct 1st a gentleman came to my house and told us that our floor is not suitable for vinyl or for laminate. After telling us that they can't perform the service we hired them for they still told us that they cannot issue a refund. I am infuriated with the way this has been handled by Bargaintown . We went in there to get a floor and nothing else. So please tell me why you can't refund our money since you can't perform the service we hired you for ?

  On 14/2/14 a rep from Scottish power rang me to sell me their gas and electric service .I had just come out of hospital as I am disabled. At the time I was vulnerable. And on morphine . Somehow he got me to say yes . On 17/3/14I got a set of paperwork and found he had made a lot of false promises . It said I had 7 days to cancel. I tried everything to get hold of them but they just would not answer .I sent 2 E mails one on 20/3/14 and on21/3/14 to there auto reply service and it acknowledged them but they never called me .now they say they are taking over my supply on 18/3/14 .I don't want them .I have spoken to my present supplier British Gas who say there is nothing they can do I just have to sit and wait and see what happens .I am worried sick about this and I have enough problems with my M.S and heart disease please can you help us as nobody else wants to listen ?Thankyou Steve Taylor

  This company wants to force an unwanted loan agreement on me and they have destroyed my credit. I am not happy about their final answer. What they are doing is a fraud activity and I will see them in court. Because of their fraud activity, it has interfered with my education. I could not get loan to continue university .For that reason, I decided to take a year off to deal with the fraud activity by Certegy limited. I want them to restore my credit back to normal. Certegy limited fraud activity is stressful and I want to be able to go back to university next year.

  I originally bought my e-cigarette at this store about 6 weeks ago. Initially I was impressed with the friendliness of the tattoo-covered salesman. Within a few days my first battery quit working. The second quit working as well even though they are supposed to last 3-6 months. 2 of my chambers that hold the liquid leaked, leaving me with a mouth/stomach full of liquid nicotine several times- very unpleasant. The salesman made excuses & told me I needed to buy a more expensive one. The last time I walked in I got the cold shoulder. It was unbelievable. I was there to buy something but because they had sold me junk and replaced some of it (as they promised they would during my original purchase) they had decided I wasn't a valued customer anymore. Customer service is so important to me and when I get poor customer service I do what I can to rectify it.

  At the beginning of April, I bought some cusions from Aldi. They were in the seasonal range (when they're gone they're gone). I have used Buxton Aldi at least twice a week since the store opened. I have never seen these particular cusions on sale before or since (they sell lots of different designs). The weave on the cusions just disintegrated and they look dreadful. Not fit for purpose. I took them back to the Buxton store and eventually spoke to the manager. He agreed they were not up to standard. He said he would love to give me a refund but he could not because he did not have a code for them. (what happened to miscelleneous goods)' .there is no bar code on the cusions and I do not have a receipt. They are Aldi cusions (not sold anywhere else) and they were on sale in April/May. I have bought lots of household items from Buxton Aldi, including my television, my camera oil filled radiator pots and pans etc. all of which I still have. I once took a holdall back because it would not stay on its wheels and it was exchanged without a question. I have complained about the service in Buxton Aldi once before. I do not think you should treat a loyal customer like this. The total value of the goods is only £17.97! Its the principle. I have worked in the retail trade most of my working life and dislike bad service. Iwill continue to shop at Aldi as it is a good store and I will not cut off my nose to spite my face! I will be very carefull of buying low value household goods (you don't usually keep the receipt)again.

  I originally got my nails done 6 weeks ago. I had white tips put on. They were fine for 2 weeks. After the first fill the white tips started turning almost black and this after she overcharged me for the full. I do not use any chemicals to be blamed for this, I do not tan, wear makeup etc. I called the owner about the problem and she made no offer to make things right. I will not return.

  my friend and i was admitted to private hospital in spain no one spoke english we were shut in our room for two day and nights all they gave my friend was oxygen but she had bad stomach pains cause she was loosing a lot of blood from her anus and her haemoglobin was at 9.0 i myself wasnt offered a drink or food in those days . i asked for a doctor for my friend as she was in a lot of pain but they couldnt understand me so the nurse just turned her oxygen up a bit we were told some management would come up with interpreter to have a word with us but noone ever came up we had to phone home so my friends son could get us an interpreter to tell them we wanted to go home we had been in that hospital fom sun 5.pm till tue 1.30 pm and all my friend had in that time was oxygen and paracetamol after speeking to interpreter things started moving we were going home . we started our trip on royal carribean adventures of the sea ship and were sent to hospital by ship doctor as her blood level was so low i paid 20 euros for taxi to hospital on admission my friend was examined and was told it could be hemoroids or a tumor but no hemeroids were felt so that was it was sent to a ward.

  most saturdays my partner and i do our shopping in waterford, the last few weeks we have gone to aldi where we found great value for money and also saved money. saturday the 1st of june we arrived to do our shop our trolley was laiden with goods we were purchasing a barbecue which was on special offer. as the barbecue was large and heavy it was akward to manage. when we went to get checked out the pleasent cashier had difficult trying to scan the bar code as it was so big and akward. by mistake she scanned it twice so when all our groceries were checked out she rang for a manager to use a key on her till it was to do with scanning the barbecue twice. the girl rang the bell, 5mins later nobody had come so she rang again in the mean time a big queue had formed and the girl was apologizing she rang a third time and by now she was highly embarressed 2 mins later a man in a shirt and tie barged down the aisle he threw back the little door she was trying to explain about the barbecue he was so rude he did not aknowledge what she was saying. he used his key to unlock whatever it was she needed him to do and he stormed off. the poor girl was nearly crying with embarressment. my heart went out to her.. if this is the kind of staff aldi employ i would be shopping else where. how dare this man have disrespect for his fellow employee and for my partner and me as customers. we spend nearly always over 150euro and to be treated like this is an insult. he needs to be informed how to treat staff and customers. it happend saturday evening after 5 and it was over a barbecue scanned twice so incident should be easy to follow up and apologies made or we will be taking our business else where. thanking you very much regards miss murphy

  My uncle (83 who has Alchiemers) lost one of his hearing aids. He went into the Coventry branch of Amplifon ( obviously not hearing vey well at all ) on 4th April 2013 . He was persuaded to spend £6,000 on a pair of Phonax Ambra hearing aids which were actually a product that was discontinued in Nov Dec 2012. The company have no price lists and ringing around various Amplifon branches to ask what was the price of this product not one could actually give you an actual price. I feel that this is a deliberate policy. If you go onto their web site it states hearing aids from £400 approx . I think this low price lures the hard of hearing, often elderly and vulnerable adult into their shops for the hard persuasive sell.

  i bought a big bar of dairy milk from the asda and were it is normally cubed and named on the chocolate it was totally flat has if it should of been in the reject bin i always buy loads of chocolate and never thought i would see a bar been despatched like that one i thought everything got checked by quality control this one must of skipped there eyes

  we have been without a gas supply for the last 5 days and after 7 hours of phone calls and several e mails we just seem to be going round in circles. A SMART METER WAS INSTALLED IN 2011 and the problem seems to be that the gas unit needs replacing, we were promised an engineer for thurs night last week but nobody showed up, if you can help with this I would be extremely grateful.

  my thirteen year old daughter was verbally assaulted with vile language in the store grounds whilst waiting to be picked up. Two very aggressive males were responsible and witnesses were present. I wanted the security to follow up and escalate a complaint so that they could be apprehended for their anti- social behaviour. The security guard was loathe to do anything and the security manger also did nothing, even when I pointed out that this took place on their premises in full view of their cameras. I think it is appalling that in such a public place it is left for members of the public to fend for themselves with abusive and disruptive people when there are staff there whose job is to specifically deal with such events. Needless to say I will be passing this story on to my friends and family and social media sites. This occurred at about 5.30 this afternoon and it is now just gone 7. my daughter is still upset at the bad language and threatening stance of the main instigator and i am appalled at Tescos indifference to the distress of a child on their premises.

  I tried to pay for my shopping today with points from my Nectar card but was told I could not do this as my card was'blocked'.There is almost £60 on the card. Very embarrassing as there was a queue behind me getting very impatient. This is the 2nd time I have had reason to complain in the last few weeks. A shame as I have shopped at this store for as long as it has been there and never had trouble before.

  1. pls advise why using 2nd class stamp a letter arrives the next day in the Isle of Man but a 1st class letter sent the same time, the same day of the week and in the same post box takes 6 days to arrive in Liverpool. 2, pls advise why letters are taking days to arrive, doesnt seem to matter if its a first class or second class stamp. royal mail is not the service it once was. Very sad indeed.

  I have today had to spend £150 to send a parcel with you that should have cost me £46 , because of your lack of service, rubbish website and unwillingness to help your customers! 1 - I prepared and paid for a shipment, which was then refused because 2 boxes were taped together. I was told a refund has to be requested from an email address , no onsite facility to cancel it and get my money back. 2 - I split the shipment and paid again - Your website pop up crashed before I could print the labels - there is no function to reprint labels and so was told simply that's tough - that ParcelForce24 is simply not able to send me a copy of them!, if you want to send the parcel you have to pay again , so thats what I had to do, total cost £150!. I am amazed at your lack of customer service, rubbish website and rubbish programming. Even when I took it to the post office they told me your site overcharged me and that it should have been a few pounds cheaper. You took my money without telling me that I may lose it if YOUR WEBSITE breaks, and that it would be days (if ever) to get my money back - Isnt that misrepresentation ... Trading standards,.... and mostly just crap service. I was told there was no manager to talk to (in a meeting of course) and so wasted time trying to explain that a copy of the labels must exist in the system, to an Accountant - in a call centre no less. ParcelForce , Your service Sucks!.

I firstly attempted to order online where there was a site problem that wouldn't allow me to either bypass or enter a delivery date - regardless of the delivery option chosen. I then spent 30 mins on hold to place my order over the phone. However, rather embarrassingly the recipient contacted me to say the gift card is from Aunty Nicky (I can accept you may mishear Vicky, but when you know my name is Victoria?) and also most embarrassingly of all one of the eggs is personalised incorrectly.   I had a heater motor problem on my 1996 Vectra. I took it to NOW the local Vauxhall dealer who booked it in for a 30 min diagnostic check. They came back and said they needed more time to which I agreed. The end result was a fan and resister pack replaced. The bill was for £797, later reduced to £740. I requested the old parts be returned and checked the motor which cost £292 to be perfectly fine.After much complaining I was offered a partial refund but only on condition that they remove the motor they had fitted and would then have to verify the acceptability, end result I end up with u/s heater and no refund!.

  Since the consumers purchased the horsemeat infected products from Tesco (and other supermarkets) the contract of sale is with you. Therefore Tesco is in breach of contract with the consumer for failing to provide the product as stated, and of course not fit for purpose ie eating! So a large court action on behalf of the people needs to be brought against the supermarkets, it is then up to the supermarkets to deal with their supply chain, not for the people to feel sorry for you - from our side of the contract of sale - it was your fault.

  Since buying my new iPhone 5 in December I have been unable to send MMS Messages. Today I get told by Dan Steele that there was a bar on my phone which has been removed and to test it out I have done so and it still doesn't work. Vodafone expect you to call them on an 0808 number which IS NOT FREE - so they can charge you for sorting out a problem which is their fault.

  I took my car in for a service on the 30/1/13 I had an engine management light on and was charged £60! For a diagnostic test I was told it needed an update for the system and that was all that was wrong, I drove away from that garage and my other light came on so I rang up and booked it back in. I got there and they said I had to pay ANOTHER £60 for another diagnostic test! I refused as I'd already paid for one. After they realised I wasn't going to pay they decided to take a look anyways. When the man came back to me 30 minutes later he had preformed a diagnostic test and told me my car needed something else doing to it for £168 and it wasn't picked up on my service or the last diagnostic test which should have been and this was the reason my light had come back on, although it had turned back before they had looked at it but I thought it was best to still take it back. I feel like they are taking me for a mug as I am a young women who they think will pay anything because I don't know about cars

  I bought a corolla from a garage in Nov 2011 at £5600 after trading in my Honda Civic At first, it ran normally for 8 months and broke down. Sent the car to a gearbox specialist to fix it, after 3 months, the machanics still could not find the problem despite they have the gearbox, actuator, ECU card replaced. Finally they gave up and I booked the car to Lancaster Toyota in Chelmsford to fix it. they were very confident that they could fix it. another 3 months passed, they still could not find the problem, the car still refuses to select gear. I demanded a solution but they keep stalling and now they said they would get a top man to look into the electrical side of the car. Once they get the car moving, they will drive to the auction house to sell it for me and return the money so that I will buy another from them. they would recommend me to drive the Corolla again because the problem would still be there. However, I have to pay the £900 investigation fees and a new clutch £300. It does not make sense, that car according to them would fetch at max £1000. the payment I have to settle with them is more what I get from the auction house. I am so stressed with this car and I want to know If I can seek compensation from Toyota Manufactuere since they have manufactured a car that cannot be fixed. Lancaster Toyota could not solve the problem, who can? they should have the best team of mechanics to fix their own cars. I feel so helpless. Both TrDing Standards and Citizen Advice Bureau asked me to seek legal advice.

  This company has destroyed my credit status; putting me in a condition where it is difficult for me to get student loan and over draft increase for my studies. They claim that I owe them money. I have written a letter to the company for them to remove that despicable act by them. I am a complaint against them for the reason that they have no right and authority to that. I am a student and their scam,fraud act is jeopardizing my studies and financial support status. Therefore, I am willing and ready to take the company to court and testify against them for their scheming,improper act. I am going to deal with them through court and double take studios Manchester will hear from my solicitor soon as the issue is going to be presented in court.

  today the 4th February i purchased a jar of autumn fruit chutney. on consuming this product i discovered a large transparent blue sheet of plastic. On removing this from my mouth and unrolling it; it became apparent that this plastic was the size of a credit card. I almost swallowed this. i will continue to shop at sainsburys as i am very very satisfied otherwise.

  As i was waiting in the drive through queue, i counted out my money (change) i had £9.00 exactly. i spoke to the cashier through the speaker who's name is Liz, the order came to £8.96. i counted it out again to make sure it was their, it was. i gave the money to Liz the cashier, who then dropped half of the money on the floor. when she counted it out there was only £8.00. Liz insisted that there was only £8.00, i tried to tell her it was all their and then she started getting angry with me, when i ask for the manager he came right away and told me that the cashier was right and there was nothing i could do about it. so i paid with a £10.00 note and left feeling very thrustrated. The reason i am making this formal complaint is because i whont something done about the way i was treated, it was ill manerd, inbarassing an very unprofesionel. these persons should know about this complaint so that it will never happen again. thankyou.

  we have been with the doctor in ribbleton medical center for a while now and we have been on regular medication for years and we have had some changed and ever since they have never been right i am forever going back as some thing is missing and we have even been told we have hd it when they have looked into it we havent as it hadnt been printed but never got an apoligy.

  I have been a customer of Sainsburys on line grocery shopping for a long time.My wife and I are both housebound OAP'S AND rely on them for our supplies.Today my order was not delivered despite them having taken the money from my account.When I phoned up to enquire they told me that the driver had called and got no reply.This was not true as we had both been by the front door waiting.They then told me that they could not re-deliver and that I would have to make another phone to to re-book it for another day.So no groceries-no money-they say a refund takes about seven days!SAINSBURYS THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

  I sent an e-mail yesterday to the Customer Service Department at Holland and Barrett and have received no response. RECEIPT #: 10008072 I placed an order online on 25.1.13. The total of my order was £34.78. The product was on offer at a reduced price of £6.13 per pack. For which I received a receipt and cnfirmation by e-mail from Holland and Barrett confirming this price. When checking my bank statement I find that I have been charged the full price of £53.14. The item is still being promoted at the reducted price to date. According to the website the 'expected' despatch is within 48 hours of the order being placed. I placed my order 5 days ago and it still has not been despatched, although the money has been taken for it. Could you please help me to get some response from Holland and Barrett.

  I asked for someone to measure me for new bras. The women in front of the fittings rooms said she would get someone and went off to ask someone to measure me. I was told to sit and wait.It seemed that there was a problem it was no ones job. After waiting quite a while a women said she would do it . Although I told her I felt like they were all hoping i would go away, she did apologise.it seemed they were all "squbaling" over who's job. Never the less she was not very helpful and after her giving me two differant sized bras to find out my size i left and chose for myself the size that i think..are my size and basically woould have saved myself a whole lot of time if I had done that in the first place.

  special delivery sent on 18th January from Langport i was told it was at Bristol still by the 22nd only found out by other sources that it had been scanned out of Bristol at 7.43 on the 18th of Jan but did not arrive at mount Pleasent in London. when i told them i knew, they finally admitted. cant get passed customer service, will not tell me if its lost or stolen. lost a sale & custom. what do i tell customers when i may or may not have lost there jewellery? if they had not lied & told me it was lost i could have remade one of the items in time. there customer service has been beyond belief.   I am a regular user of the No.54 bus from Stockwood to Cribbs Causeway. On a daily basis this service is always late. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is, it's always late. Last Saturday, on hearing that the buses were running I decided to do my usual Saturday trip to town. Five buses went up to the Coots, but the first two buses to reach Hooper Road were NOT IN SERVICE. One young lady had been on the bus stop for over a half hour before I got there, making it over an hour for her altogether. Yes, we had snow last weekend, but this is how it is all the time for the regular passengers. It is a lousy service and as so many of us are either pensioners or young mothers, I find it inconceivable that we are kept waiting for so long.I have seen many complaints against this company, all from the 54 route, on a different site. This is not a service that First Group could ever be proud of but I would like to see them turn it into a very good service.

Father of Victoria Ratynska Rosero has explained that although he can speak English quite well, he is not confident with it and still struggles with understanding various technical words and phrases (used within Social Services). Mr Ratynski would like a translator to ensure that no misinterpretation occurs from either side As a result of a previous language misunderstanding, contact with Mariusz Ratynski’s Daughter; Victoria could be reduced by half, the contact beetween Victoria and her father did not happemned on 19/04/2012. A neighbour pointed out to me that she has seen three No 36 buses passing her house to Long Stratton and none coming back.   I phoned 3 and used their automated service - was trying to pay my boyfriend's phone bill so he could be reconnected to his service. My payment was rejected as my registered card address was not the same as the one held on account (his address). Fair enough. But then when I checked my account, £40 had been taken by 3! I rang 3 who told me my bank would have placed a hold on the funds and it would take up to 14 days for them to reappear in my account. They were unhelpful and I hung up. I phoned my bank, who said that was absolute rubbish and that 3 had authorised the payment and placed a hold on the funds on my card. Whether it was then authorised or rejcted was up to 3 but if it was rejected it should only take 3-4 days to come back onto my account! I don't understand why the payment was taken from my account in the first placce. If the automated system is smart enough to recognise that the card address doesn't match, and tell me my payment has not been successful, surely it shouldn't take the payment! And why does it take 14 days for the money to come back to me! I don't have that kind of money - I need the £40 to pay my boyfriend's bill. NOw I am £40 out of pocket and he still has no phone service! This is crazy because it means that anyone, anywhere could use any card and phone up to make a payment. Whilst the payment might not go onto their account, it would still come out of the cardholder's account and sit in 3's holding area, leaving the cardholder out of pocket for up to 14 days! Surely this is a HUGE security issue and needs to be fixed. I emailed three but it takes them 5 working days to reply, and their call centre staff are unhelpful, with poor english and customer service skills. I just want my £40 payment back within the standard 3-4 working days as there is no reason it should take 14 days to come back into my account!

I was told on the 21st 12 12 my account was frozen, not given any reasons at the counter or in a side area, however one customer and a cashier were joking about this while i was made to sit and wait in view ofthe shhop. Since this time i have been asked by the bank to produce evidances of who i am and details to syupport certain payments into my account. It is now 16th of Jan 13 I have co operated with every aspect asked of me to wait for return calls there has been only one from an area manager who helped me to begin complaints as they felt things were un acceptable. I have submitted into my local branch to be copied details of my school KEN COUNTY COUNCIL pay slip. Also for photo etc ID i have submitted for copying my passport, police check, driving license,accountants statement submitted to my local Margate branch now 3 times. I have still been given no reason from the local branch saying they cannot do anything even if they call they get no answers from there own complaints department who say they have not receieved the details they have asked for. However on requesting to speak with a senior manager i complaints they PERSONALY told me they have received by registered post all the copoies and details and are attached to my account and complaint. On Friday 11th There was once again a request for all these various documents to be sent yet again. I was promised On Monday 14th by the deputy manager she would follow up fridays sending the details again with some? higher authority in the bank. On Monday 14th true to her word this deputy called me to say she had followed up on things and i would hearfrom those needing to deal with thingsregarding my account being frozen.My complaint I hope just to ask why can have a simple answer as I still cannot access anything on my account on the 15th jan 13. I was going to be dealt with as the highest prioritity, and i would be contacted by the dept responsible for freezing the accounts. On the 14th the margate branch manager nothing has changed at all. Ms Walker refused to give when I asked her name, or any call numbers to contact her or give me any way of sending the details she asked for.I have been to the local Police constabulry in Margate as the means to forward these details, they Informed me there is no such thing as a fraud squad in British police services. After making their own enquiries they refused to have anypart with this issue as they cold find no trace of this person or dept involved.   Me and my boyfriend went out last night for my birthday. after the meal, i started feeling slightly sick but i just tried to forget about it being my birthday and all. anyway, this morning i was woken up around 5:30am with nausea and bad stomach cramps. about 20-30 minutes later, i had constant diarreah and i also vomited and the only food that came up was the food that i ate last night at jamie olivers restaurant. the food i ate was cured meats for starters and my main meal was taglietelle bolognese which contatined beef and pork. I've bin doing alot of research and my symptoms are exactly the same as E.coli poisoning vomiting, nausea, stomach cramps and diarreah. I'm very upset and angry and now my birthday has bin ruined because of it. if i had known this was going to be the outcome, i would never have eaten there and certainly would not recommend that restaurant to anyone else. please can someone help me.

  On Friday 11/1/13 at 10.40 I tried to exchange my ticket from zone 4 to Edenbridge Town, for one to Oxted, as I was I'll and had arranged for a lift from Oxted rather than wait for he Uckfield line connection. The operative Akin clearly did not want to help and said that it was not worth doing as the difference was only 2p, which is absolute nonsense, as I do both journeys on a regular basis. He was in the ticket office after the barrier and said if I didn't like it I could go to the main office, which meant I would have missed my train! I told him that it was nonsense to say it was 2p and he talked over me, in French, and kept saying goodbye and claiming I was being abusive. The guy was downright rude and then said he didn't mean 2p but 20p, which is still wrong. I was not rude or abusive and his attitude was a disgrace and left me out of pocket, albeit £1.30 but certainly not the 2p or 20p he incorrectly claimed. Akin needs serious Customer Service training and I should be refunded for the incorrect advice and unwarranted claims that I was abusive.

  On the 4th January I posted a letter in the TN12 area to TA1 4TB. I sent it with a First class large stamp and the envelope was a Manilla A5. Inside we're 2 A4 sheets folded in half and a booklet which measured about 3" x 6". It was marked 'urgent' on the envelope as the booklet contained time sensitive information. My friend thought I had just sent the A4 sheets at first, she then noticed the side of the envelope had been neatly slit open when I assured her the booklet was enclosed when I posted it. In fact the said booklet was about a similar size to a wad of money in an envelope. Is anyone daft enough to post cash like that? Now, I feel that this letter was opened intentionally and secretively as there was no apology from Royal Mail on it and I know that if a letter is damaged then it is RM practice to highlight the fact and apologise. I do not expect to get it back and it would be too late anyway but it may well be that a postal worker is under scrutiny and you need to be informed.   We purchased a firegrate from this company having checked the measurements. The fire grate has legs but no measurements were given.When it arrived we found that the legs obstructed the ash pan from being placed under the grate making it unsuiatble for purpose and a potential danger of risk of causing an unwanted fire in the house. This is particulary important as I am severely partially sighted. The u/k person when we rang said I had to pay the postage of return because they had supllied and fully described the grate, that I had the option when ordering to choose to pay for the delivery or return of the item, there is no such choice on the website and this company is in breach of the distance selling laws. We also offered to return the item personally as I live in Bradford and we were told in no uncertain terms they would not accept the return, had to be posted at a cost of £12 or by courier service. Thank you for your assistance we have not posted the item back due to the holiday season.

  i got rushed into hospital for gallstones got told on the friday by the doctor he would get back to me with a date for the following week as could not do as acute as on warfarin then could go home with injections and come back for the op.never came back to me not seen by any doctor all sat and sunday then did my inr on the monday was high so decided to keep me in and let it reduce then theatre fasted from midnight wed for theartre thursday then came at 4pm to tell me needed another blood test so decided to let me eat then fast from midnight thursday for theatre friday depending on bloods.well friday came and finally went to thetre at about 2.30pm got back to ward at 6.30pm was in a lot of distress at night as felt as though my throat closing up and could not breathe drs came to see me said i had to have a chest x-ray and abdominal x-ray ,i called the nurse again at 4.30am as really bad to be told by a bank healthcare she was on break and would inform her when off break then turned to me and said sharply i think you need to calm down and walked off and left me in tears,by the morning the daytime dr came and said i could go home knowing im high risk for a blood clot and my inr at time only been 1.2 and not theraputic,i said what about the x-rays the dr in the night said i needed he said did not need them,i got upset as still in a lot of pain and the nurse came and said stay for tonite and you have get the pain under controll which i did and the next day sunday the dr that came said i could not go home as my inr was too low so stayed till monday then that dr sent me home still with my levels low the original dr that said would comw bk and give me a date went on annual leave apparantly i just feel so let down as i had just lost my dad on the 12th july and got rushed in on the 26th august

We showed the cashier and she agreed at the state of the sandwhiches and said immediatly that we could change them. We did this and found the next lot to be just as bad and did not eat them!!! This resulted in us both having very little for lunch.   I have been a customer with nat west for 8 years and have never been granted an overdraft/loan but within the last6 months they have charged me bank charges of 30 pounds twice, once when the mobile phone company 3 tried to take money out of my account even though I had cancelled the direct debit, the bank charged mr for unpaid item, but I applied for a refund which I got back from the bank although they were very begrudginly in doing so, and now right after Christmas I went to the bank, and found they had charged me 30 pounds, even though all over the Christmas holiday I kept checking my account and it was not overdrawn so they should not have charged me charges for going overdrawn as I was not overdrawn. So they have taken 30 pounds out of my account without my knowledge or permission or agreement and that ahs left me just 90 pounds to live on for 16 days, as Ia m on reduced benefits of 126 per fortnight, which puts me below the government breadline and leaves me no money to pay my bills They have just taken this money with out my knowledge which leaves me in a vulnurable state even though I am not overdrawn in my account bloody disgrace and they should give me a loyalty bonus rather than give me bank charges as I am not overdrawn!!!!!

  On joining the queue I was met with a barrier, there were 3 people in front of me at the barrier, the seating area was about half full. They were not serving anyone but the 'lady' told us to come back in half an hour as they had to catch up. What a joke. Having completed a small amount of shopping we left the Tesco store and tried the shop in the Helston town centre(43034390), I am a great fan of Costa and was over the moon with the service here, the place was immaculate and table were cleared as soon as they were vacated, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The staff at the shop in Tesco's should be sent here for some much needed re-training and until they buck their ideas and attitude up I know where I will be drinking Costa coffee locally for the foreseeable future. Not for the first time, but in particular for the last 2 Forest away matches (viz. at Brighton on Dec 15th and at Watford on December 22nd.) my reception of the audio commentary through Forest World has been unsatisfactory. We were unable to receive a continuous and complete commentary of either of these matches using either my desk top or my laptop computers online. It was more than frustrating. After 10 minutes of proper reception there were periodic silencers, sometimes lasting as long as 1/2 hour, interspersed with brief snatches of audio commentary. All this despite my having carried out the steps set out in the note entitled "Forest Player Access Guide" published in the Nottingham Forest website earlier this season. I went to the store at the white Ross again on Friday with my son went to the till to exchange them they took my details and then said the total owing was £25 as the prices had changed I did point out that the manager had told me on Wednesday (boxing day) that this wouldn't be a problem the manager then came ,was rude and said the price was different to when I bought them and I could either pay the difference or get a refund then walked away I did try to challenge their decision and said that was unfair as I was only exchanging for a size bigger and had it been the case that the price had reduced they would not be willing to refund me the difference when exchanging the items so it should be the same with the price increasing but she would not even talk to me the cashier basically said its busy do do you want them or not , obviously my 11 year old son was with me so I had no choice but to make sure he left with his Christmas presents so had to pay the £25 so i ended up paying £70 in total for tgr trousers plus the delivery charge from when they were delivered plus all the fares to and from the white rose iwill be taking this further as I feel I've been robbed and think the way I was treated was out of order!

  On Sunday 23rd December I recieved the wrong change. I returned to the store , explaining that I should have received a £10 note. They said that they would check CCTV and get back to me the following day. They did not. The actual conveyor belt doesn't move at all and is advertised on the box as being able to do so Extra food had to be bought to fill the shelves Totally disappointing as part of larger my present list-we checked the items were there in the bags when bought but didn't realise the extent of their "unworkability" until fully set up on Christmas Eve.

  i regularly shop at the burnley store and i have to tell you that the access from Finsley gate accross the walkway and the the steps is disgusting - we were quite optomistic when recently it was all re- painted that the steps and walkway would be cleaned and re-laid but no , it remains the same- at least an inch in water in large areas on the floor and the steps down are full of discarded cigarette ends, used tissue and just general filth . Tesco is a multi-million pound company generating jobs and profit nationwide - surely this area could be looked into and vastly improved thus ensuring the health and safety of your customers

This year starting in January of 2012, my sprint cellphone bills throughtout months of January thru September 2012 over $100.00, were on my bill. The errors were found that the bills were not sent in my mailbox, charges of next month’s bills, giving me over 100.00 dollars to pay from my pocket. I had no idea this was happening all of a sudden my cellphone was damaged sending back to Sprint store and calling back regarding charges. I did not receive any bills at my address for months after telling the customer service workers to send me a copy each month after my phone purchase. So I cannot seemto get a refund for those months,asked supervisor could anything about the charges of all the other months but only the last charge was reduced and again my bill still seems to get a little higher each month.   A few of my friends and I recently visited the Filling Station restaurant in Edinburgh on a day out last week. (Friday, 14 December at around 12-12:30PM). Upon arrival, things seemed fine. We were greeted at the door by a pleasant young lady who placed us in the end booth, directly facing the bar. The waitress who served us was a foreign woman, sallow-skin, dark brown hair - didn't quite catch her name. Anyway - The table ordered 2 stateside hotdogs and 2 cheeseburgers, on one cheeseburger, my friend specifically asked for no vegetables/no salad - she simply wanted a plane cheeseburger. After several minutes of trying to make this point to the ever patient waitress, we moved on. My next friend asked for no pepper/salt on her fries with the hotdog, again, the language barrier proved difficult but we got there. After a 40 (forty!) minute wait (restaurant wasn't particularly busy) - another waitress brings over a vegetable burger and a cheeseburger. The four of us look at her bemused. We tell her she may have got the wrong table - she apologises and confronts our waitress. I purposely use the word confront here as what we witnessed was just short of an argument between the two members of staff, one claiming she wrong cheeseburger, the other claiming she didn't. Moving on, we watch four staff discuss the issue, we watch the original cheeseburger be placed on a hotplate - eventually, our original waitress came over to apologise and let us know that our meal would be "2 minutes". 10 minutes go by, our waitress brings us the cheeseburger from the hotplate & two hotdogs - both fries covered in a green pepper-like substance. My friend raises her concerns about the fries as she specifically asked for nothing on them and we watch another border-line argument with the duty manager and the waitress about how the waitress never specified this on the order. The manager kindly apologises and says she'll be out with a bowl of fries. Another 10 minutes have passes. I am now watching my three friends eating their lunch (one without fries - we're waiting on them) - waiting on my own cheeseburger. When I finally seen the waitress, I asked her how long it would be for my lunch - she told me again, 2 minutes. I told her that if it wasn't just to cancel it. Surely enough, two minutes later - the manager came with the fries and my burger. Sorry for the long winded approach here. I was just giving an overview of the situation. I have a number of concerns about this situation; Firstly, when a table places an order - it is taken for granted that the table will eat together. I am more than confident that this is what the Filling Station aim's for too. I see no reason why I had to wait like a spare part and basically watch my friends while they ate? Madness. We had already waited the best part of an hour - ten more minutes wouldn't have hurt that much more. Secondly, almost an hour for two cheeseburgers and two hotdogs? With all due respect, this is completely unacceptable. Had the restaurant been full to the brim with people, I may have understood - but it wasn't. Thirdly, The confrontation between employees in front of customers is wholly inappropriate & unprofessional. Not only does it demotivate the employee in the firing line, it also makes us, as customers, feel awkward and embarrassed. On a final note, I live in Glasgow and regularly visit the Filling Station in the city centre. I've never had any issues whatsoever with the staff or the food - in fact, I find it a pretty enjoyable place to be in. However, this Edinburgh restaurant seemed completely disorganised. The waitress - albeit she messed the orders up - was actually really pleasant and at one point, I actually felt sorry for her. But being a nice person can't excuse the levels or unprofessionalism or the bad experience at this restaurant. Had this been the Glasgow restaurant, I would not be entertaining the thought of eating at the Filling Station again. Fortunately it wasn't and whilst I will avoid the Edinburgh restaurant like the plague and tell my friends and family about the dreadful lunch - I will continue to visit the Glasgow branch.   I paid 718€ for a washing machine with 1400spin per min/ 8Kg capacity, I could of got a differant machine with the same spec for 250€ cheaper but paid more as its selling point was SUPER QUIRT I also paid for it to be instuled! It arrived on Nov 15th and it still does not work without making such a racket like a 2 heavyweight boxers +someone using a hammer drill all at the same time. I eventually got them to come and set it up correctly as (it was not plumb,rocked from side to side if you just touched it) adjustable legs are for adjusting! I HOPE YOU ARE STARTING TO GET MY POINT and I'm just getting warmed up . I did not make them wait and watch it wash from START to FINISH as I assumed they do this for a living therefore I started to use it, HAD TO STOP IT AFTER 10Min! SAME,SAME AND SAME AGAIN NOISE. We had a holiday to Thailand, which we booked. Some time before all this and our flight was the next day. I tried to phone customer service people but THEY DON'T WORK WEEKENDS! 15days later on our return I phoned them and asked politely can you sort it A S A P ! This was on tues Dec11 so I was still within the 30Day no Qu Asked policy. Any they said they would phone me back! On the following Monday they still had not got back to me therefore I have 3 suitcases of washing which need sorting, so I'm starting to get annoyed to say the least! I mailed them politely asking for it to be sorted, there reply was that I CALL SERVICE PEOPLE and make arrangements. NOW. IM FUMING BUT SENT POLITE MAIL SAYING "I WILL NOT PHONE ANYBODY ALL I WANT IS WHAT I PAID FOR, nothing more,nothing less! It's your problem to provide me with what I paid for. After that( when the guarantee starts as how can a guarantee start until you received goods paid for) anyway they mailed me back &promised to forward all my emails on to GIGANTTI & they will call me. 3 days later they phone and say they can come in 2days time between 12pm and 6pm I arranged to be home at 11:55 but I was early GOOD JOB BECAUSE THEY ARRIVED AT 11:30 and if they couldn't get in would of left. So I let them in and say sorry lads if I seem a bit STRESSED OUT but I am so angry " not with you guys" as they are only doing their job! 2 min later they say all done, I have a look, touch it with my hand and it was like 1 of then annoying tables you sometimes get in a Restaurant we had a joke and they said sorry we will correct it. 15min later "all done" so I take a look and they have a Micky mouse spirit level( the sort you get in a Xmas cracker) so I said " hang on 2secs and got my 2ft magnetic spirit level(oh you should of seen their faces) I put it on top/side of the machine and said in a nice joking way that the bubble has to be between the lines not hard to 1line or over the line and we made a joke of it and I said LET'S TRY AGAIN. Man I was going mad inside but was never rude/raised my voice but 10mm out of plumb and its only 50cm high and 15mm out of plumb from the back to the front I couldn't do it that bad if I tried. "All done" I hear again. Ok but before you leave lets start a wash so it gets some water in it, then cancel that wash and then try the drain and spin setting so we can ALL BE SURE ALL IS OK. Now I know that the drain/spin setting is set at 1400spin per min and you have to change the speed setting by hand if need be, the cheeky little monkeys didn't think that I would notice that they had dropped the spin speed to its min 400spm therefore less spin less noise they thought but even at this speed it made such a noise they said and I quote "oh it's making a funny noise but we do not know what that is you will have to phone service people" un quote. Amazing considering they didn't even remove 2 YES only 2 screws and take the lid off and have a look inside. So you can imagine how I felt I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. So I just held my tongue and Said thank-you shook their hands and wished them a nice Xmas. Closed the door and tried to calm down as I was SHAKING WITH RAGE AFTER A FEW HOURS I GOT SOME OTHER PEOPLE'S PERSPECTIVE ON THE SITUATION TO CONFIRM IF I WAS SEEING THINGS CLEARLY because its got to the point where I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THIS SORT OF THING IS POSSIBLE. IT'S THE SORT OF THING YOU READ IN A NOVEL, A STORY OF FICTION. Anyway as you can see by this Message I am in need of some sort of advice as I close to passing all this on to my lawyer, it's gone past the point of monies paid etc its about what is right is right and this is NOT RIGHT.   Hi, I bought a pair of brown double buckle boots knee high about a month ago wore them a few times but not many, I wore them on 17/12/12 to take my 11 month old little girl to her physio appointment - so I took my daughter out of my car walked a few steps towards the drive in Bethany house, Carlow and before I knew it I had fallen flat on my back facing the opposite direction basically done a 360 with my daughter in my arms.. luckily I had my 17 year old son with me he picked my daughter up I however couldn't move for a few seconds my son helped me up we went inside the physio and my son got help for me and my daughter, my daughter had a bump on her head and had cold compresses on her forehead, I attended my doctor and as a result of the fall I have fractured my coccyx unable to work and had to get help at home with my baby as I'm unable to move much or lift her up, and im on high dosage of painkillers and in acute pain - I believe it was the boots as it felt like I was on ice the boots have no grip and In my opinion very dangerous I am bed bound for the next few weeks and my Christmas is ruined let alone I will loose alot of money due to time of work, I want at the very least my money returned for the boots and ask what you propose to do about this. Today I got a letter at 1115 saying they have to reschedule. I had already taken a day off work and waited in for over 3 hours. When previous communication has been by the more instant format of phone and text, why do they write a letter which arrives too late to be of any use? I had paid for leg room seats and meals on both flights seats 10d 10e when the meals came no room on the table to eat plus the meal was not good (devine on the box ) very poor hard roll first bad meal all my time with Monarch On the flight back once in the air went to the front of the plane ask a ? could a change meals for a snack ? told no you would have to pay for a snack the no one of the crew i found most un helpful not wanted to help in any way ,i as ? what is the meal told chicken , when it cam it was hotpot , i refused and paid for a snack my wife had hers and do not eat as found again not very nice and again hard roll .the girl who served us told me she would give me a form to fill in if not happy never came back with it . she did give me a recite crew 003747 flight ref 547815 order t01034 . I again find it very sad that i have to write the letter after all the good years with Monarch and talk to others who say the same i hope you take this on board and must also say the planes not as clean as the past look old need some new ones . sad sad sad .   Me and my husband have just come in and ordered a chicken burger with only lettuce and chicken, plain double cheese burger with both a large meal. My first complaint it despite that fact that the sticker on our meals say no sauce or tomatoes and plain burger I got a chicken and bacon WRAP with tomatoes and sauce when to start with I ordered a burger! My husbands plain double cheese burger was a single burger with pickles and he received a small drink when he ordered a large meal?! I am allergic to tomatoes so I am very angry that I asked two people to check my meal for no tomatoes yet i received them in my meal and I am very angry that we pained for both large meals and one of us got a small drink and a smaller burger then we ordered! You need I speak to your staff and make sure they understand when people order specific food because they are paying for it and they have allergies!

At 0705 today(December 15th 2012),I entered the above mentioned store to purchase a daily newspaper. A member of staff named Denise was collating and stacking.I immediately sensed a hostile/confrontational attitude from her regarding not only the pile of papers I selected from but also my choice of tabloid!She then made the comment "that it what I expected,after all you are only a man".Having finally made my selection from a pile she approved of,she repeated the statement "after all you are only a man".I then proceeded to the checkout to pay;as she was the only available staff member,I expected her assistance.When she arrived, she said,to my astonishment,"I don't expect you to use the self-service faclity,after all you are only a man"!I was polite and courteous throughout, simply wanting to make a purchase and move on.I did not deserve to be treated as an 'irritant'in a rude,patronising and quite frankly sexist manner.It was perhaps my good fortune,that she 'only' defamed my gender and did not move onto my ethnicity,religous persuasion etc.I will continue to use this store as it is local and trust that today's experience was a 'one off'.Should it happen again,I will not hesitate to take legal action.Please investigate and advise.Regards,Alastair Pearn(Mr).

  I have been using your photo shop for many years, and over the many years have built up a fantastic collection of all my photos in your printed cd, small thumbnail booklet and presentation case which has cost less that £3-00 per time. I must have in excess of 30 of these in my collection and watch them regulary. I have also recommended many many people to do the same. I normally have a 200 photos every two months put on this format. I was so very very dissapointed when I went in to get my next set of phots done to find out that you have stopped doing them. BA wanted to charge additional supp to pre book seats so we paid this for our return flight seats but as there were only 5 available seats on outbound flight (and 4 of them were together) we decided not to pay the additional fee as we had already paid over £7k for flights. Surprise surprise we checked in online this evening and BA have pre-allocated our seats to J'burg - they have separated us a family so that my 2 daughters under 16 years old are sat the other side of the cabin in seats which were not even available a week ago! Great marketing ploy - is this our punishment for not paying a supplement on our already extortionate fares we've paid? My daughters are not confident flyers and this is a long haul flight - this is meant to be a holiday of a lifetime for us and BA have set this off to a very bad start. I asked for a manager, wasn't one available, asked for a direct line number to ideal world in Peterborough, there wasn't one, asked for a complaint form, there wasn't one. She told me I would hear something within 72 hours and as yet I have heard nothing. I would like to return the item and get a refund of my money.   I wanted to let you know how Unhappy I was with the all round service I received at your branch on Cardiff queen street. I'd just gotten home a new pair of trainers as I do from yourselves roughly every six weeks, This time however I noticed when I couldn't get one of the shoes on it was because even though they both said they were size 9s. One was no more than a size 6 at best. Clearly a cerror by adidas. Not ids fault. Fair enough. It was when I returned these trainers that I feel I was treated badly. Firstly they were out of stock so aplenty exchange couldn't be done, so I was told to find some of equivalent value. The only others I liked in the store at the time cost 3 pound more than the originals. As I was expecting just a like for like swap I'd not taken any cash with me and the lady refused to write off the difference for me, even though I'd had to travel from Barry back to cardiff to costing my time and money to return a Pair of trainers that could only be worn by the elephant man. Therefore I had to pay for the pound something on a credit card and I was not offered any sort of apology from your staff in store who quite frankly seem very disinterested in their jobs.   Our young Grandaughter found after crunching on something not expected, she had a piece of glazed clay in her Tagine stew. Upon checking the tagine we had bought from Aldi and used twice, the glaze had started to flake at the top of the tagine. We had purchased this item for £14.99 a few weeks earlier and did not expect that if something unexpectedly went wrong with a product we would be refused a refund/exchange from Aldi. Without a receipt or original packaging no refund we were told. We all buy kitchen and household products everyday and certainly do not keep the receipts from all supermarket shops.   After purchasing a quarter pounder and a Big Mac meal from the longton branch we were bitterly disappointed to discover that our French fries were so under cooked we took them back to be replaced, the member of staff working on the drive thru at 14.45 was rude and very unprofessional. Despite the fact that we had to re visit the counter because the product was unsatisfactory, I didn't appreciate being huffed at and and made to feel like I was causing staff members a massive inconvenience, may I also point out that hamburgers purchased were not upto the usuall high standard I would expect from macdonalds. All in all I found the whole meal very disappointing in fact the only good thing was the drink. We regularly visit macdonalds as we enjoy the service and products provided, I must say this experience has made us feel like our custom would be better appreciated else where.   On 6 December I purchased two packs of mince pies on a special offer. On 7 December when I took 2 to work I attempted to eat one of them and it was as hard as a bullet.On returning home that evening I checked the sell by date and the product was out of date as of 1 December. When I approached the store manager the following morning at 7 AM I was told that because I didn't have a receipt there was nothing he could do about it. I was not at all happy as he did not listen to my explanation. On looking on the shelves there was a further 10 boxes all carrying the same sell by date as the two boxes that I had purchased. At this point the manager offered me an alternative product. Which I declined. As I wanted a refund. At this point the manager offered me a refund from the till which I accepted. This should've took less than five minutes. It took at least 20 minutes. And the managers attitude and the procedures that he used to resolve this complaint was absolutely appalling. I suggest that he should go on management retraining and have a little bit more sympathy towards your customers. If he had carried out his duties correctly in the first place there would not have been a dozen products one week out of date. Which would've saved me a lot of time and aggravation. I look forward to hearing your response to my complaint.

  I have a Chausson Flash S3 Motor Home Built on a Ford Transit which has a 2.2 Diesel Engine which has a Turbo failure. The Motor Home(YX09CZY) was 3 years old on the 03.03.2012, the 1st Turbo failure happened on the 26.03.2012. I thought this was down to my error of putting in a small amount of petrol in the fuel tank as when I switched off the engine and filled the tank with diesel the fault read out on the dashboard (Engine Malfunction {EM}) disappeared and did not come back for a long time.In September the EM happened again and accured at about every 50 miles. I therefore had it investigated by a Ford authorised dealership Evans Halshaw @Trafford Park Greater Manchester {EHGM})in October.After £175.16. They did not cure the problem and said I needed a new Turbo at a total cost of £1719.13 including fitting. The Turbo is failing on many Ford diesel engines like mine but at between K40-K60 miles. I have complained to Ford but they will only compensate me on 30% of a new Turbo without the fitting costs. I do not think this amount is satisfactory and because of its mileage and that this fault is happening frequently I think the Turbo should be replaced on a recall.   I wish to log a complaint about this service which allowed a user to post liable remarks about myself and my company in a threatening manner. I repeatedly asked for this to be removed and the admin did not. The admin of the site also sent me messages that could be seen as allowing the argument to continue or to wind me up. Despite my several attempts to ask for this to be removed and in their terms and conditions they mention that and posts of a threatening or harassing nature is not accepted by the site they allow these posts to remain. The individual that had made the liable post on my profile has only taken to social media to vent their aggression.   Fridge freezer packed in so phoned homecare 08:10 yesterday told someone would be out today between 12:00 and 18:00. No one arrived phoned Homecare again at 15:30 to be told call had not been assigned and was pending. Then offered an appoint for a weeks hence. Advised this wasn't acceptable and appointment was offered for Monday morning. Phoned later to complain after 3 phone calls this time the second one of which I was hung up on I eventually got a call back from a manager.

  I recently purchased a mobile phone on a pay as you go tarif. Under your terms of returns I could return within 28days. I decided to upgrade to a more expensive phone but the managess at Southend refused to do this. I'm an old age pensioner and came away very distressed as she was very rude and most unhelpful. I phoned customer services and was told I could change the phone so I took it to the store I bought it from at Pitsea. The young lady there changed it for me and was most helpful, I can't praise the service I received from her enough. I think the manageress at Southend should be told she is giving out the wrong information.

  My partner has been doing an electrical course at trade for skills. he started Monday morning. on Wednesday there was alot of snow where we live so we new that he wouldnt be able to make it to the course on thursday. So on Wednesday night when he got home he phoned the company up saying he wouldnt be able to make it and they said ok thankyou for letting us know and just come in friday as usually. so he has went in this morning. and considering we live at sunderland and he has to leave the house at quarter past 5 to make sure he gets down there in time its just a complete joke sending him home. he wont be coming back on the course and we will be tell everyone about this to make sure that they never join a course with trade for skills.

  In September we ordered from The Bradford Exchange a bracelet for our Grandaughters Birthday. On the 23rd October we reived an Invoice saying payment overdue an amount of £26.98 for 1 instalment plus postage and packing also on the invoice was Novembers payment so £46.97 was paid. We Have not received the bracelet that was ordered and we have made several telephone calls and I have sent e mails. On one of the telephone calls they refused to deal with myself and said that as the invoice was in my hasbands name they could'nt discuss the matter with me. I then asked to speak to a Manager and was told one was not available. I was told that a Manager would phone us back at 11am on the 30th November we are still waiting for that phone call. I then e mailed them to complain about their service and stated that I wanted a reply by Wednesday 5th December the standar e mail came back we will reply within 7 working days, I e mailed back and said this service wasn't good enough considering all the hassle we have had with the company. We still have not received the bracelet and my husband was told they would send out a substitue which was a necklace and if we didn't like it to return it and we could have our money back. To date we have not received that either. As it is the bracelet that we really want I went on line to the bradford exchange and lo and behold the bracelet was on sale there.   I used marks and spencers standard home insurance for cover 2012/2013 i specified additional cover for a white gold diamond ring. I lost one of the diamonds from my ringand made a claim to have itrepaired when one of the advisers told me i was not covered as i did not have acciddental cover on my policy. I told him that the ring was under additional cover on my policy and therefore was not under the basic policy. After going through the policy to my disgust i have discovered that they have only referred to my ring as white gold on the policy and only as a specified item on the standard policy Please advice i'm very disapointed with marks and spencers

  On 13.11.12 I went to Enfield Sorting Office to make a complaint about me getting post for 85 Central Avneue, which is round the block from me. This is after speaking to the temporary postman on 2 seperate occasion's, each time he said he'll mention this to the lads back at the sorting office. On thr 3rd occasion I said I'll make a complaint if it happens again, needless to say it did happen again, to make you aware in the past I've given the letter back to a different postman. Only to be told by him can't you pop it in their leeter box, to which I replied are you not the person being paid to do that and left it at that after getting a scowling look from him. Though that was a one of incident I'm pleased to say. However when I got to Enfield Sorting Office in Savoy Parade Enfield and was given a complaint form to fill out, I also spoke to the evening manager who said that he'll pass it on to the daytime manager and somebody should call me in a couple of day's. However I did not get any call back even though I put my mobile number n the form and asked to be infromed of what action had been taken. Then on the 22.11.12 I went back to the Sorting Office as I had not had any call back and spoke again with the evening manager who assured me he had passed it on he also asked if it had happend, fortunately I was able to say that it had not re occured. I then stated that if nobody call's me back by the following friday the 30.11.12 I'll be contacting Head Office about it. So here we are a complaint made on the 13.11.13, and still nobody has called me to give me any update, so I'm hoping that you'll do better, as so far I'm not impressed with the process for dealing with a complaint about Enfield Sorting Office even though I duly filled in a complaint form and requested in writing to be informed of any action taken to resolve my complaint. As I said to the temorary postie on our round, don't you check the letter's before putting them through the letter box. To which he said no not really, as the lads check them at the sorting office I just pick them up in bundle's and post them. Which I thought was a bit strange, even when I mentioned this to the eveing manager, he agreed that the postman should be doing this.   I received a delivery note from the courier, Yodel, used by Amazon to deliver a package I ordered. The delivery note I got through my door stated that they had left the parcel in a safe place at the side of my shed. This is not a safe place as I live in a housing estate with public pathways running past my door and shed. When I went to retrieve my parel, it was not there. I also did not put any instructions on my order to say that the delivery man could leave the parcel anywhere. There is an option on the delivery note for the delivery company to re-deliver, but this has not even been considered. I am extremely angry about this as when I tracked the item on Amazon it revealed that it is an order worth over £200 and is a christmas present for my child which I cannot afford to replace. When I tried to track the delivery status on Yodel's website using the reference number on the delivery note, it came up as invalid, so the delivery has clearly not been recorded efficiently either. What do I do now?

  I tried to buy 2 iPad minis for my children's Christmas and was told by the store that they had no stock and they could not tell me when stock would be arriving. I tried all electrical outlets to be given the same story. A new product from Apple launched at Christmas and you can not buy one. Totally unacceptable from a company like Apple. However when you go online to Amazon you can get them there at an inflated price of £349 against Apple price of £269 for the 16 gig. Apple are causing this by not meeting the demand which they must have known would happen at Christmas. I have 2 iPads, 3 iPhones and 2 iPods and that's the service you get for being a loyal Apple customer. Would like to hear from them as it is difficult to log a complaint on their website. I recently applied for a Tesco Credit Card and introduced a friend to this service expecting to receive 1000 points per person, as offered when a completed requisite form was sent in giving the details of the friend that I had introduced and my Clubcard Number. Prior to filling out the form and arranging for my own credit card, I rang the credit card helpline and asked if both credit cards could be linked to the same Clubcard account. The response was a very clear and unmistakeable “Yes” Subsequently I have made 2 attempts to post the information as requested on the Recommend a friend form. Attempt 1. The first attempt failed because the credit card number of my friend was not immediately available once their application was made. I left this number blank on the form having affirmed with staff that this would be acceptable bearing in mind the offer of 1000 points each was closing soon and needed to be placed in the post to hit your end of offer deadline. Nevertheless some weeks later the form was returned to me with a Tesco handwritten note, saying my friends name was not on my Clubcard account ref 63400 4025003597449 even though I was informed prior to taking out my own credit card that this did not matter. Attempt 2. With my friend’s account details now available, I submitted a new form and received a letter back from you dated only Oct 12 which stated “Unfortunately we have been unable to apply the Clubcard points as you have either quoted the same credit card number for you and your friend, supplied incorrect information or your friends credit card number has been left blank”. None of the above statements are accurate. On 04 December 2012, I contacted both Tesco bank credit card and Tesco Clubcard twice each in order to try and resolve the above issue. Each one insisted that the other was responsible for a resolution. Therefore I would be grateful if you could seek to resolve the issue with a view to 1 Applying the Clubcard ref to both credit cards as originally requested 2 Apply the points as afforded in you recommend a friend offer to each credit card. Regardless of the finer points, I can see no reason for you not to have applied the points already to the credit card accounts. I should like to point out that your terms and conditions do not contradict the above request and I reaffirm this was the reason for applying for your credit card in the first instance having been informed by your staff that my request is possible. It appears to me that in order for Tesco to get the credit card business your staff may be to keen to respond favourably to customer enquiries which they are later unable to fulfil. I hope that by writing to you, you will be able to allay such suspicion. I have provided below my name in order for you to trace information relating to this matter.   I had to deal with this company about two months ago when I paid money on a Vodafone account for my son. I told them at the time that my bank account was not to be used for debit order/standing order. Last month they took money from my account. When I called and explained that my son was unemployed due to his visa pending renewal and that unfortunately his circumstances have not been of his own making but due to other influences. I was told that he should have known that this was going to happen when he signed his agreement. I told them that I would arrange for a letter to be sent to them by my son with all the information. They have once again taken money from my account this month. This time I was met with a very rude call center agent and told that I must have given permission, or they would not have been able to take the money. When I got very irrate, she asked why I was being so unco-operative. Later in the conversation when I said that I had spent a long time the previous month explaining my son's situation - she said that she could not discuss this with me as it was part of data protection. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that they would not take the call and they would be refunding my money. I told her during the conversation that I would be taking this to the newspaper and she was not a bit perturbed about this. I told her that we had sent the letter and she said that I could not have done so as they had not received it. I was also told that because the account was not being paid, it would be going to legal. Data protection - then how can they take money from a persons account without their permission. I find that the way that this company operates and threatens people is unacceptable. It is not that a person is not willing to pay a debt, but if unemployed how are you supposed to. It is appalling that despite "we have passed your message on..." type holding note, NO RESPONSE: "Hello - ref 29721885 I am writing, as advised, to complain about your service, and give feedback too. The above parcel was delivered on Friday, but also left in the porch was a card with the above ref, but no boxes ticked. Doing this suggests that another parcel was an attempted delivery, therefore I then spent 20 mins on hold waiting to speak to someone. Finally, I get through to be told that the card is left to advise that the actual parcel that WAS delivered has been delivered! Of course, I realise the parcel is delivered, because it is delivered - I don't need a card in addition to the parcel that is intended to tell me the parcel is delivered. Moreover the card SAYS NOTHING OF THE SORT - ie, if it at least said "your parcel is delivered successfully" then that would at least explain what the card is for, although obviously, there is NO NEED for a card to explain what is patently obvious. As it is , the first large text on the card is "sorry I missed you today when..." so this suggests, not surprisingly, that I have missed a parcel. The call handler said that if I looked at the parcel, I would see the same reference number somewhere on it. But it is not obvious, to most people, me included, that I am supposed to work out what is going on by cross checking references. So, the upshot is, ALSO leaving the card with the customer is pretty much irrelevant if the parcel is delivered, and that to do so is to create uncertainty, which then results (in my case) in wasting 20 mins of my Friday evening trying to work out what is going on. Not a great "customer experience" (which is the field I work in). I'd be interested to hear your response, please."

Ideal worlds automated line said that the item was with the carrier (Hermes) and expected delivery date of 21st November 2012. This date went past with no delivery I contacted the company on 22nd November 2012 and after speaking to a person in customer services was told that I should wait ten working days, but they would send me a non receipt form The form has also not been received. I tried to chase again today, 1st December,and the automated service still states the item is with the carrier. I was unable to get through to the company due to the amount of calls already in their system and received engaged tone on the telephone I am hoping your company will help me resolve this situation before I have to go down the route of issuing a county court summons, which I intend to do within the next ten days, unless either the item is delivered or the funds are returned

In the past 2 months maybe longer I have been very loyal to Argos and I have spent a lot of money in there as it is coming up to Christmas, and I was not happy with the service I got. The Cashier/Server said to me would you like a box of chocolates to put things right, I said no as all I wanted was to be treated with a bit of respect and to be treated fairly. I would like this looked into as I now feel that any items I need in future I would rather use another shop to get my things from. I am so angry with the treatment I received as the reservation number and price that gets quoted should remain the same, that is the whole idea of reserving something, there is no logic at all in what the cashier/server said. I visited the old address on the 20th. Nov. and found a further 18 letters which had not been redirected, 1 for an important appointment. I took the 18 letters to Frod. sorting office and showed them to the Acting Manager who again apologised and advised me to lodge an official complaint with you. It transpired that they had exhausted their supply of Redirection Labels ! I look to your complaints procedure to rectify and recompense me for this Lack of service. I believe Your ref.731371609. My wife also told her she was very rude to shout at me and tell me to hurry up and get out. At the back door or staff entrance I said to the guy letting us out that she was very rude shouting at us to get out and we wanted to complain to the manager and we would wait here until he came over. The main points here are my till receipt is dated 22/11/12  timed 21:08:29 numbered 0047000202720090 and yes you closed at 21.00 but we were last in the queue at till 2 and had only walked down the shop towards the front doors before a very unprofessional and not very well trained supervisor shouted at us to hurry up and get out and then started to argue that she was not been rude by shouting in front of six other staff when she should have set an example and helped me bag the two bottles. You have  CCTV in the check out areas why not play it back and have a look i have provided the time and date. All the rest of my Xmas shopping will be at sainburys and good bye to the rude and shouting people at morrisons.

  I enquired today if the DVI to VGA adapter I had in my hand was the correct one to use with the HDMI to DVI supplied with the Apple Mini and was told it was. On getting home and pushing the adapter on (needed a bit of a push) I realised the pins were not right and that it wasn't the right adapter. Now the pins are bent - can I return this on your wrong advice ? Apparently there are 4 different DVI adapters, and this wasn't the right one. Maybe I should have known, but I shouldn't be given wrong advice either. Response Please.

  I was at the till no.2 at 12.14pm on Monday 19th November. I had a very full basket of shopping having come in for only 3 items I did a lot of impuls buying and ended up with 12/13 items, including heavy bottles. I appologised to the cashier for taking so long to pack my shopping. The cashier said, "you should take it over there to pack" pointing at where people with trollies were packing bags. I said "I'm sorry but you're not allowed to take baskets over there". The casier said "you're supposed to carry it over there and pack it". I said "There is too much of it to carry I would be backwards and forwards." Cashier said "well thats what you're spposed to do." I felt about 2inches tall and was very embarrased as there was a long line of customers. Having worked in the retail trade for most of my working life, I felt that this was not only VERY bad customer relations but downright rude!

  I ordered the lamb shank and waited over an hour, close to an hour and a half for my meal. When it arrived it was very over microwaved! My boyfriend then informed the manager that we wernt happy and he offered me another meal and I said that I was starving and didn't really want to wait over another hour for something else so he said that he would refund us the money. I then ate half of the veg and mash and a attempted to eat the lamb which I just have up on in the end. When we went to sort the refund out he said that I had eaten to much of my meal so I wasn't getting a refund. And proceeded to inform me that they had sold 3 in total today and I was the only person to complain. Which made me feel very questioned about my opinion. I then informed him that another member of our group had ordered the lamb as well and hers was over cooked to which he replied with the 'chef' tried my lamb and said it was fine! At the end of our visit my boyfriend took the manager to one side and told him that he was disappointed in his approach and his attitude to our complaint and that we would not be returning or recomending his establishment, which he was then met with more attitude.   Four days per week I travel from Dawlish to Newton Abbot for work,getting a return ticket using my Senior Citizens Railcard. Some days I get a lift in & train back, this i did last Friday (16th) & purchased a single ticket from Newton Abbot to Dawlish using my Senior Cit's: Railcard on the 1341 train for £2 05p. Today I again got a lift to work & boarded the 1341 for the return trip. When the conductor come to check tickets & despite she had passed me, I called her back & offered my railcard & £2 05p. I was surprised to be told I could not use my railcard as i was in breached of regulations as I should have brought my ticket before boarding the train. When I tried to explain that I didn't know, had to rush from work to catch the train & hadn't experienced this problem before she told me to check the notices around the platform, (where?), read the back of the ticket, (which she had't yet issued) & should consider my self lucky that she wasn't issuing a £20 penalty. Now informed I accept I was in the wrong, but surely she could had handled the situation better. Perhaps accepted my railcard, offered words of advice for future travel & been less gruff.   On Thursday 15th November I went to this Wetherspoons with my mother, 2 friends and their mother. We wanted a decent lunch before going on to the theatre. After a wait of approx 10 minutes, during which one person was serving and three fiddling about by the washing up dept. I was served. I ordered a 5 bean chilli and chicken tikka. The meals arrived after a wait of about 15 minutes. The 5bean chilli was immediately taken away again saying it was wrong. I was then given another chilli, once I had started to eat it I realised they had given me the wrong meal. We then decided we woulod have a dessert, I ordered fruit salad only for my mother and fruit salad and yogurt for my mother. After waiting half an hour my mothers dessert was wrong. I asked for it to be changed and we waited another 10minutes. The fruit salad on both consisted of mostly apple, small amount of banana and 4 grapes, but I suppose it was better than my friends mothers dessert which, when they bought it out was beans on toast. When I got up to help my mother with her coat, (she is 90 years old)the waiter pushed past and gave me a shove. I found this a very disappointing experience which makes me reluctant to visit another Wetherspoons nor recomend your company to my friends or family.   Emailed 2 months ago re refund on annual travel card as I left my London based company. They ignored my emails. Replys are few and far between now but none on the specific refund I have asked about, all I get is an attachemnt for me to work out my own figures but based on travel in Reading - Berks which doesnt even relate to my travel card! They are fobbing me off and wasting time - by this point my travel card will expire and they will get to keep all the money. What annoys me is that when they want the money they are quick to take it out, but dont want to get back to customers who have no use for the travel anymore. Also very poor customer service, they dont check how customers name spellings and spell their own version! NOT profeessional at all. Not impressed by this company.

  Took out a homebase card in order to get 10% off some flooring I was paying off the card every month. I stopped getting statements and assumed the card was paid off. 4 month later I got a letter saying I had missed 4 payments. When I called the company to ask why I hadn't received a statement for 4 month they said they were told that I was no longer at that address so had simply stopped sending statements when I asked who had told them that they said they didn't know. I own this property and have been here 4 years I would of been on the electoral roll. I then asked if that was the case why they had sent a letter now and why they hadn't phoned again they had no answer.   My parents purchased a Samsung 8000 tv and Samsung surround sound system in December 2011. Ever since the voices don't match the people talking. Cant watch films which is what the built in blu-ray was purchased for. Samsung have authorised a local tv shop for a man to come and set up the TV and sound on numerous occasions with no joy. Every time she calls them it's a battle and I think it's disgusting they've let it drag out this long, probably to then tell her they won't replace it as its been too long.   Good Afternoon, I am writing to you as a new customer of Phones4U and Vodafone respectively. On September 21st I took out TWO new contracts (one in my name, and my wife in hers). They were both Iphone 4s - 24 month agreements for a total of 70 p/m I was still in contract with my previous network provider (three mobile) therefore I had to pay a settlement fee with them for two mobile contracts. The reason for me leaving Three, was because I had a mobile phone that was broken and they did nothing to fix it, apart from constantly send it for repair, to tell me it has been fixed and then I find the problem is still there. This was my main concern in choosing a new provider, and the sales person in the Hanley branch - her name was Vicky Chiu told me that they look after any faulty handsets and to come in store if there was ever a problem and they would just swap the phone for another phone. This was extremely good and attracted me to taking out the contract. As well as working full time, I also run my own business at weekends as a mobile DJ - this is why my phone is massively important to me. Coupled with the fact that I have an 8 week old Daughter. So, last week my Iphone stopped working, when someone calls me or I call them, I can't hear anyone. The speaker seems to have stopped working. I was away with work this week, and I needed to make calls to the doctor to arrange checkups and jabs for my newborn. I couldn't do this due to the broken phone, so I ended up leaving work a day early and coming back to arrange everything. I then went into the Phones4U shop who told me to go upstairs to the Vodafone shop and they will sort it. I did this, and they told me to go back down to Phones4u as they are the ones who provided me with the phone. I sat down with a lady there, who called head office and explained the situation and they just flatly refused to help saying it is Vodafones issue. I raised the point that I was told by Vicky Chiu at point of sale that if there was any problems to just bring the phone back and swap it. Apparently this lady went on Maternity leave shortly after and will not be returning to that particular store. She probably had a burst in sales due to miss-selling, knowing that she wouldn't be returning! I finally arranged for Vodafone to send me a bag to my address so that I can send the phone off for repair, even though the P4U advisor told me this was pointless as they cant open the phone up?!? I am going to be without a phone for a number of days, no temporary phone was available from Phones4U or Vodafone - so I am now going to be unable to contact my wife and our newborn and also deal with my part time business unless via email. I am extremely annoyed that this has happened, and so soon into the contract - no one is willing to help me apart from "sending a bag" . I want something to be done about this, and an explanation as to why I was miss-sold this product by your member of staff, leaving me in a vulnerable position, in family life and in working life.   after moving back to my property i'd lived in for 3 years and rented out for one, both times having had a telephone. iwas told my phone and broadband would be connected on 2nd november. when the engineer arrived that day, he said he couldn't understand why he couldn't connect it. then we were told, there is no line to the house and they would be in touch. since then both myself and my partner have rung them on many occasions on our mobile phones, to see what is happening about putting our phone on. when we have rung we've been told everytime that somebody would ring us back "tomorrow" to let us know what is happening, but apart from one lay this week, nobody has ever rung us, despite our numerous phone calls to them. i live directly opposite the telephone exchange and see the engineers in and out all day, which is very frustrating, when we seem to have been ignored! i'm at my wits end as to what to do next. very very poor service from british telecom, but of course there is nowhere else to go, so they seem to just not care about their customers. i want my phone put back on!

  i would like to complain about the the awful food I was served at your restaurant, the first instance was when I was served a cold lamb hotpot, which I sent back, it contained a whole plate of potatoe and there was no lamb whatsoever. This week I returned to the store hoping to be served a lovely christmas lunch, hoping the first meal was a one off, but this instance was even worse, the stuffing balls were rock hard the brussel sprouts were mushy and so were the carrots which were obviously out of a can.then came the dessert which was a hard lump of christmas pudding, which was unedible, which I returned straight off, and the guy serving me replied he did not cook the food.   Booked virgin media for a installation today on the 20th October. Planned in advance, took time off work and then stayed in all day. They didn't turn up so phoned customer service to be told they spoke to me yesterday and I cancelled the install. I was not here, did not speak to them but was told they phoned a 7 year old number, not my home number or the phone number they supply or even their own email address. So it was cancelled totally against their security policy. Now it is booked for another two weeks time with nothing they can of are prepared to do even though it is their fault.   on saturday 3rd november my partner and his granson along with other friends had an afternoon watching football then going to the local football a good time was had by all as usual. on sunday the 4th november i rang the pub and spoke to a male member of staff and explained that my partners granson had left his jacket and had it been handed in he said yes and that it would be there when i arranged for my partner to pick it up on the following tuesday explaining that his name was mr scott and that there would be no problem. when mr scott arrived after a long day at work he spoke to scott the duty manager and he said it was no longer there it must have fallen in the bin well mr scott wasnt happy with this and asked him to have a check but the manager got three members of door staff in which mr scott felt intimidated and another couple who where sat at the bar said he was out of order please could this be passed onto scott as i think he needs to improve on his interpersonnal skills hope to here a reponse thank you for reading this complaint.

  Dear Manager, I sincerely submit this application to complain your staff.I visit on the Farnborough gate Shell.I was going buy a lottery tickets and I can't find a pen.I request a staff named Joe(supervisor)for a pen then he was doing stock and he didn't give me a response and he point his finger to another staff named Sima.Sima was serving a costomer.And I told him he replay like I am busy and he told me that that was not my job.And aslo he told me don't waste my time and your time.And then I feel disrespect and as I am costomer I should be served by staff but he didn't count me as human.No one like that staff. My friends are there for witness. Please I should get justice.If he had felt guilty and give apology than I forgive him.He never show that he is worked to serve the customer.

  on saturday 3rd november my partners grandson and himself with friends attended this pub enjoyed the day before the football match as they usually do. on sunday the 4th of november i personally rang the pub and spoke to a male member of staff asking if my partners grandson had left a jacket and it was located and i asked if it could be saved as mr scott would be calling for it on the following tuesday and all was understood mr scoot turned up on tuesday 6th november and was told that there was no coat and that it must have fallen in the bin, mr scott was not to pleased as he had made a special journey to the pub as he was working late scott the bar manager called the bouncers for no reason at all as mr scott was there to pick up the coat that was suppose to be there this was totally out of order and he felt totally humiliated and upset as we thought we had done things correctly i believe scott the managers needs to get some interpersonal skills.

  As a regular customer of wetherspoons pubs I was very disappointed to arrive in this pub as a family of 3 and try to place my order for 2eggs benedict and 1 poached egg on toast. I asked for poached egg on toast instead of scrambled which I know is not on the menu but as I have been to other wetherspoons and they have done that for me I didn't see it as a problem maybe there needs to be some consistency. Then the staff went away only to return and tell me there was no eggs benedict, and so early in the morn to run out its only eggs sauce and muffins. And when the scrambled eggs on toast eventually came up it was cold. Well what can I say i am very very disappointed in this pub and can't see myself coming back in the future.

  As we drove through the drive through the lady proceeded to tell us that the restaurant closes in 10 minutes where in actual fact the closing time was supposed to be 25 minutes she also added that we've hardly got owt. So tried to order a zinger tower meal and a normal tower meal when we arrived home we found nether of the meals had half the elements of the burger missing. in that being the burger was actually 2 separate pieces of chicken and no cheese or hash browns and to top that off it was stone cold. The chips was also cold. I then phoned the store to raze my complaint as I complained to the lady (Mell) she asked me to hold unknowingly to her I could hear everything what she was saying which was 11.45 and that's the only fucking complaint of the night they must be taking the piss. When Mell came back to me I told her that I heard every word witch she and her work friend had said, she said oh sorry and gave me a reference number to claim a free meal on my next arrival. I think this is not acceptable and the customer service i had was diabolical.

  I took my soon to my local W H smiths to get the free Lego toys with the sun, on three days I went and the shop had ran out of the toys, one of the days ran out by 10 o'clock in the morning! My son went with out and I don't think this is fair as we get them to, maybe you should supply more to the stores so kids like my son can get the chance to have some freer toys to! He was so upset and he really wanted the zombie one!

  I wish to complaint about the bad delivery service at the Clarence Drive Sorting Office. When I ask the postman to leave items behind the storm doors and I leave a note to that effect, the postman ignores this request, and I have to go to the sorting office every time. Considering that these are ordered items for which I have paid the postage, it is the job of the Post Office to deliver them. I have been to this sorting office five times in the last four weeks. I think I am due a refund of the postage I have spent on postage on these items.
