For consumers, ServiceReply30 is absolutely free. For businesses, ServiceReply30 provides both free services and paid for services.

When should I use ServiceReply30?

We've created a feature that allows business owners to publicly respond to feedback direct to you.

How do I verify my ServiceReply30 account?

When you've completed the registration process, you will receive an email with a special link. When the verification message arrives in your email inbox, click the verification link, or copy and paste it into your browser. Your account will be verified at this point.

How do I change my basic account information?

To edit your profile or to change your account preferences, log in and then click on "edit" at the side of the item to edit.

How do I close my account on ServiceReply30?

Anyone can submit a query or comment using ServiceReply30 Iphone App. Consumers enjoy engaging with businesses on this level and ServiceReply30 provides a way to connect with your customers like you’ve never had before.

What happens after I sign up for ServiceReply30 Analytics ?

You will receive an email asking you to verify your email address. Second, a representative from ServiceReply30 will need to validate that you are the owner/manager of the business you are claiming.

If I have multiple locations, can I manage this also ?

Yes, we can link multiple locations so you can have an overview of all of your outlets.

How do I respond to feedback?

You can respond to feedback through ServiceReply30.com or directly on social channels.

How can I get more feedback through ServiceReply30?

You need to get the word out to your customers! We encourage you to place window stickers and signage in prominent locations. You also should communicate with your customers how important feedback is. The more you communicate through signage or by conversing with your customers, the more feedback you will receive.
